1. Pets: are companion animals and can serve as a solution to being alone. Medically, they are proven to boost serotonin level and can significantly improves mood. Pets have been mans best friend for long, accept our errors without prejudice, welcoming us with a smiling face when the world is against us as they are non judgemental, unconditionally friendly and they doesn't care about your race or background; they are there to love you any day or time.

-Dogs are nicknamed man's best friend for a reason. The canine specie are not just for watch they are alongside, awesome pet. Dogs reduces stress, anxiety & depression. They eases loneliness, encourages exercise and generally improves your all round heath and wellbeing.

- The feline specie are also an awesome pet. Cats are suitable for all kind of homes and do well with kids, easy to manage and maintain, neat and only require minimal veterinary cost.

- The rat contrary to believe are exceptionally neat and an excellent pet. The are social and requires regular interaction and attention. Be sure to keep rats in a pair to enhance their social interaction.

2. Exercise: Exercises in all levels and categories are good for the body and soul and can go a long way in preventing negative thought. Exercise keep the body strong and the mind mentally bold. Be sure to avoid excessive exercise as that would induces stress and might be a trigger for depression.

3. Music: Is popularly referred to the food of the soul. Music therapy combined with standard care effectively reduce anxiety and improves mood.The top genre for depressed listeners is rock, then alternatively, pop, and hip-hop/rap. bBues is the least popular genre for people hoping to improve their moods. Easy listening, R&B/soul, electronic, and classical music are similarly unpopular.


4. Talk to some one or a therapist: You are not a machine, take a break, talk to someone you love or a therapist. According to studies, it's easier to talk to a professional stranger that to a closed relative, so, if you are finding it hard to talk to your parent, your partner, it is normal. Find a trained therapist nearby, schedule an appointment and get the negative thought out of your mind and live a positive life.
