Monday Motivation

It's another Monday and has the world continues to be ravaged by the Coronavirus pandemic, stay home and be safe. This will surely pass and this won't be the end of the world. Instead of staying idle and exponentially increasing the chances of running into depression, why not lift your spirit up, sip your coffee, adjust your settee and let's get you motivated.
"I find hope in the darkest days and focus in the brightest. I do not judge the Universe" Dalai Lama.

As Charles Caleb Colton, the author of Lacon, or, many things in few words: addressed to those who thinks and many more life changing books, rightly hinted, "Times of great calamity and confusion have been productive for the great minds. The purest ore is produced from the hottest furnace. The brightest thunderbolt is elicited from the darkest storm".  The darkest storm is not the end of the world!
Have a rethink of days you thought you won't survive, days things were not smooth. Colleges aren't accepting your applications, the scholarship you thought you won't survive without, that devastating parent divorce that kept you spiraling with no defined destination? The illness that almost ruined your life, the high school subject you thought you won't pass, the business loss that threatened your survival? - You survived!
You only went through a trying time, the storm passed!

" The purest ore is produced from the hottest furnace ". Have you ever wondered how the glistening metals you adore yourself with are found? Iron, Copper, Lead and the rest? The ores are found dirty, buried deep in the soil with lots of impurities. Ores are made to pass through the hottest of furnace to remove the impurities rendering the market value less and they came out of their greatest challenge ( the furnace) higher in value and as a priceless commodity. You can come out of the Coranavirus pandemic triumphant and a new person with refilled energy to take on the world. The world is only giving you a break, don't loose hope, learn and be back stronger.

It is all in your head

everything-youu.blogspot.com Nothing is more painful or excruciating than when your brain assumes control over your thoughts, lower your self-esteem, questions your capacities, overwhelms you with desires, or choose to direct your activities. "It resembles the attack of the brainsnatchers," says Ted, a gifted Broadway entertainer whose career was waiting for a considerable length of time in light of his serious stage fright and fears of dismissal.            Running on autopilot is the most unhelpful manner, Ted felt like his "brain just dominated," filling him with self-uncertainty and tension. "It was awful and embarrassing . . . it let me know every one of these things about me that simply weren't accurate. That I was nothing but bad, a secondclass citizen, that I didn't merit anything."           What's more regrettable, those tricky brain messages about Ted were dead off-base.In all actuality Ted is a cultivated entertaine...
Classical Books that could change your life: Lacon or many things on few words; addressed to those who think by Rev. Charles Caleb Colton        Charles was not just a Reverend, he was also an eccentric, with invaluable opinions and a brilliant philosopher. He lived an exemplary life many centuries ago and authored many books including Hypocrisy, a satire, Moscow, a poem, Critical remarks on lord Byron and many more.         Today, we go through one of his literary work, " Lacon or many things in few words; Addressed to those who thinks" , a fine piece of work put together in a tactical way published in the 1820s. The book has attracted a number of vituperative remarks and criticism as a result of its name but Caleb, vindicating his book prevaricated - " But a volume addressed to those who think is in fact addressed to the world; for although the proportion of those who do think, be extr...

Thoughts 1

I don't know, I've just realised it's been quite a while i posted anything in here, I struggle with consistency obviously 😑, but man i don't know i'm tired!  You asked why I'm tired, Yeah? Nothing , Nothing, I don't know.      I started this blog back in 2020, when I learnt how to monetize blogs and YouTubing, picking a niches and building on it consistently and then driving traffic from Pinterest and a whole lot more. My teacher really did a good work of familiarising us with more than enough concept while showing us examples of success stories, but i guess i failed him, you know , I mean all that and after years there's nothing to show for it? I am the problem!       Let's go back a little, I've always loved writing, writing rhyming poems sometimes, and playing with words. I've never failed at writing articles in school, I, infact choose articles over letters in school and I grade fairly, but I've always had this impression t...
